United Kingdom Returns

Returning an item(s) is easy.

First, you must inform us in writing that you wish to return the item and you must do this within 14 days after the date you receive the item. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us. Each item(s) you return needs to be new, unused and in its original packaging in a saleable condition.

Please note we will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return, all returns are at your own cost and risk.

Bespoke Products cannot be returned unless the Product is faulty, please see the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee in our terms and conditions if you believe your item is faulty.

You cannot return perishable Products.

Please be aware, if your order arrives and an item is damaged/faulty; you must contact us at styleshop@molloyhale.co.uk within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Please make sure to include clear photos and a description of the damage/fault as well as images of the packaging so we can help you further.

Oversized Furniture Returns

You have 14 days from receipt of your Oversized Furniture to return it.

Charges will apply on all oversized furniture returns and delivery costs will not be refunded.

Items must be returned to us unused, in original packaging and in a resalable condition. If the item has not been returned in a fully saleable condition, we reserve the right to refund on the item or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Damaged or faulty items must be reported to the courier at the point of delivery and signed for as damaged/faulty. If the delivery is signed for unchecked or not as damaged/faulty then you are fully liable for the goods.

Delivery

With Molloy Hale Style Shop offering such a wide range of products in different sizes and styles we have chosen to use multiple delivery services so the delivery process can be tailored to suit each individual customer and product.

We have three different delivery options, which are:

  1. Standard Delivery
  2. Large Item Delivery
  3. Oversized Item Delivery

STANDARD DELIVERY

Dispatch time of standard delivery orders is subject to our stock availability.

Once receipt of payment has been confirmed, our goal is to fulfil all orders by the estimated delivery date which can be seen on the product pages, or if no delivery date is stated, within a reasonable time of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation.

Standard Delivery to UK Mainland is £6.00.

Please note, delivery charge to non-Mainland destinations may vary. Please contact us for more information.

This will be the default delivery option at the checkout.

Large Item Delivery

If a product is deemed large this will fall under the Large Item Delivery category and will incur a £15.00 delivery charge.

Oversized Item Delivery

If a product requires a two-person delivery service due to its weight, size or fragility then this will be processed as Oversized Item Delivery, this is to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently.

Payment for Oversized Item Delivery will be taken at the time the order is placed. You will be notified of its estimated arrival date prior to check-out and again in your order confirmation.

Oversized Item Delivery to UK Mainland is £40.00.

If our courier is unable to deliver an Oversized Item item for any reason, an Oversized Item failed delivery charge of £50 will be charged to the customer.

For orders of Oversized Furniture, we may use your telephone contact number provided at checkout for our courier to contact you directly to arrange delivery.

Please be aware that any changes that you make to your order following our delivery service receiving your products will incur additional charges. If our courier is unable to deliver an Oversized Item for any reason, an Oversized Item failed delivery charge of £50 will be charged to the customer.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that items will fit into their home, this includes getting to their home. Please ensure that you have checked this prior to ordering to avoid any disappointment.

DISCLAIMER

We use third party companies for our deliveries, therefore we have to give some of the information that you have provided to them, for example your name, address, email address, telephone number and product ordered, this is for delivery purposes only.

Please make sure you supply us with the correct information to avoid any issues with delivery.

Once products have been handed over to the third-party company, Molloy Hale Style Shop will have no influence on the delivery time. The third-party company may indicate delivery time to you directly and it is your responsibility to communicate any potential issues with the delivery company. Molloy Hale Style Shop will not be held responsible for any delayed deliveries that occur once the product has been passed to the third-party company.
