Our delivery prices can vary as it depends on the goods ordered, as well as your location.

Delivery is £6.00 for standard orders. If your order includes large or oversized items this price will vary, the price will be stated at checkout.

Our delivery lead times are dependent on our stock availability. Each of our products has its own estimated delivery date stated on the product page, please view your order confirmation or log into your account to check the delivery time for your purchased items.

For orders made up of several items, it is possible that they may have been dispatched separately, this will be stated on your dispatch emails. Please check your dispatch emails to see which items have been sent. Don’t worry, you will only be charged one delivery charge even if your items have been dispatched separately.

Please place your order online via our website only.

You will receive an email receipt immediately to confirm that we have your order. Then within 3-5 days we will send you a confirmation of your order with an approximate delivery date via email.

First please check your junk/spam folder, sometimes our emails find our way into there so it is worth checking here first. If you still cannot find the email then please get in touch with us: styleshop@molloyhale.co.uk

Most of our furniture products are readily assembled. If you are concerned about whether a piece of furniture will need assembling, please feel free to email us at styleshop@molloyhale.co.uk with any questions or concerns.

It is your responsibility to ensure prior to placing an order that any products you have ordered will fit into your home and that the delivery vehicle will be able to get close enough to the delivery address to make delivery. Please pay attention to points such as staircase and lift access, tight turns, narrow or low doorways. If the delivery company do not feel that they can safely deliver an item upstairs then they are allowed to refuse. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

It is important that you measure all items as it is your responsibility to make sure they fit. To accurately measure furniture you will need to look at:

• Length: Measure from the furthest point across (left to right or right to left)
• Width: Measure from the furthest points from back to front.
• Height: Measure from the floor to the highest point of the item.

If you are buying chairs desks or tables you may also want to consider,

• The seat height and depth.
• Back height or armrest height
• Diagonal depth for tables so it fits comfortably in your home

All furniture or accessory diameters will be available on the product listing, so all you need to do is measure the space in your home. If you find it hard to visualise the space on offer we suggest that you map out the area. You can do this by drawing out the shape of the item with masking tape on the floor. Please note that the size dimensions can vary on some of our pieces.

Quality control is carried out on all of our products prior to delivery so this is extremely rare. We strongly advise customers to check their item(s) at the time of delivery and to not sign for any deliveries that are damaged or open. If the products that are delivered to you are damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at styleshop@molloyhale.co.uk.

All products (excluding bespoke items) can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt and a full refund will be given. We must receive all returns undamaged and in their original packaging for this to be possible. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned product. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further information.

We accept most major debit and credit cards as well as payment via PayPal, ApplePay and Klarna for speedy checkout.
