The Marmo collection is the latest from the brand and is entirely handmade. A virtuoso application on glass with strokes that imitate the finest marble, including vivid touches of coloured and gold veins, rigorously traced by hand.

These pieces have been inspired by the Renaissance, during which the walls of the palazzos of the aristocracy were decorated with frescoes. The decoration began from the floor, with a baseboard that ran along the entire perimeter of the room, usually painted in the colours of the more precious marbles. The technique represents a peak of artisanal excellence.

“Many contemporary designers love to create unconventional combinations of materials and objects,” says Franco Parentini. “We were attracted by the contrast between the lightness of glass and the solidity of marble, which may seem to be an oxymoron but is instead quite striking. Our marble collection unites elegance and design, tradition and modernity.”
