1. Our Information and Rights

1.1. This page sets out the terms and conditions (‘’Conditions’’) on which we supply any of the products (“Product” or “Products”) listed on our website www.molloyhalestyleshop.co.uk (“Site”) to you. Our website is operated by MOLLOY HALE Style Shop. ‘’MOLLOY HALE Style Shop’’ means MOLLOY HALE Limited, whose registered Company Number is 07230518 and registered office address is Ollerbarrow House 209-211 Ashley Road, Hale, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA15 9SQ

1.2. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our Site. You are provided with access to this Site in accordance with these terms and conditions and by ordering a Product from our Site you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you must not order any Product through our Site.

1.3. We provide the Site on an ‘as is’ basis and make no representations as to the quality completeness or accuracy of any content made available on the Site. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude:

1.3.1 All conditions, warranties and other terms that might otherwise be implied by law into these Conditions.

1.3.2. Any and all liability to you, whether arising out of these Conditions or otherwise in connection with use of the Site.

1.4. Nothing in these Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that may not by law be excluded or limited, in particular none of the clauses are intended to limit any rights you may have as a consumer under local law or other statutory rights which may not be excluded.

1.5. We reserve the right to:

1.5.1. Modify or withdraw, whether temporarily or permanently, this Site (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you.

1.5.2. Restrict your access to the Site or areas of it. Permission may be withdrawn at any time if we have granted you access to a restricted area of the Site.

1.5.3. Make revisions and amendments to our terms and conditions from time to time. If any changes are made you will be notified by us uploading these revised versions of the terms and conditions on to the Site. New versions can be determined by the ‘Last updated’ date at the top of the page. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you order Products from us, unless any change to the terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority, or if we notify you of the change before we send you a Dispatch Confirmation.

2. Ordering Our Products and Forming a Contract

2.1. Orders can be placed online only. Once you place an order you will receive an email from us, this is an acknowledgement that we have received your order. This email does not confirm that your order has been accepted and does not guarantee that we can meet your order.

2.2. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, acceptance will be deemed complete when goods are dispatched. No contract will exist between MOLLOY HALE Style Shop and the customer until goods are dispatched. Product dispatch will be effectively communicated via email. A legally binding contract is only formed when the goods have been dispatched and the Dispatch Confirmation has been sent. Ownership of the Product will be passed when the goods are dispatched.

2.3. The Contract formed will only relate to the Products whose dispatch has been confirmed. Any other Products from the same order that you have not yet received a Dispatch Confirmation for have not yet been accepted.

2.4. If for any reason we are not able to accept your order you will be contacted via email, this may be due to levels of stock, unexpected circumstances or an unachievable delivery deadline specified by yourself.

3. Price

3.1. Prices of all Products will be as displayed on our Site in British Pound Sterling. This is except in cases of obvious error, for example when the price is displayed as £0.

3.2. Whilst we try to ensure that all prices shown on our Site are accurate, they will still need to be validated before your order is processed. If a price difference is found, we will contact you via email and should you wish to cancel your order, we will refund any money. We also reserve the right, in any event, to cancel and refund any orders we receive which contain Products sold at incorrect prices. We are under no obligation to provide a Product to the customer at a lower, incorrect price or if it priced at £0, even after we have sent a Dispatch Confirmation/Receipt, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable to the customer.

3.3. All prices displayed on our Site are inclusive of UK VAT at the prevailing rate but exclude delivery charges. Delivery costs are additional and are added to the total amount of your order. Please see the Delivery section below for information on our delivery costs.

3.4. The price of a Product may change at any time but changes will not affect orders that you have already received a Dispatch Confirmation for.

4. Payment

4.1. Online payments can be made via credit or debit card, Klarna or Paypal. We will not collect any funds until we are ready to dispatch your items, except for Paypal transactions. Payment is debited when the stock has been confirmed as ready for dispatch. Please note, some banks will reserve the funds for a short period of time before payment is due. Please note that we do not accept bankers’ drafts or cheques as a payment method.

4.2. To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted so as to minimise the risk of your details being read by an unauthorised individual as they are handled via your chosen payment platform over the Internet.

5. Your Right to Cancel Your Contract

5.1. You may cancel your Contract with us for the Product(s) you have ordered at any time up to the end of 14 days after the date you receive the Product(s). You will not need to provide us with any reason for cancelling your Contract and neither will you have to pay any penalty.

5.2. If you wish to cancel your Contract you must inform us in writing by emailing us at styleshop@molloyhale.co.uk.

5.3. Orders for bespoke Products will not be cancelled or refunded after the initial order has been placed/paid for in full or part. This is unless the Product is faulty, please see 30 day money back guarantee below if you believe your item is faulty.

5.4. You cannot cancel your Contract for a Product if it is perishable.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. Once you have informed us that you would like to cancel your Contract, you must return the Product(s) to us at Ollerbarrow House 209-211 Ashley Road, Hale, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA15 9SQ. Product(s) must be returned within 14 days of your written cancellation notice. The Product(s) must be in a new and unused condition, and remain in the original packaging. Please note we will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return, all returns are at your own cost and risk.

6.2. Once the returned Product(s) has been received your refund for the full purchase price excluding any delivery charge will be made, less any handling charges which may have been incurred. Refund will be credited to the customer within 14 days of us receiving the Product(s). We will not be responsible for any refund of return postage or carriage costs.

6.3. Refunds are processed by the original payment method. If the card used to make the original payment has expired, we will offer PayPal transfer as an alternative.

6.4. We highly suggest that an insured service is used when returning a Product to ensure its safe arrival back with us. If upon return the Product is found to be damaged either while in the customer’s care, or on the return journey to MOLLOY HALE Style Shop, we reserve the right to deduct the amount it costs to rectify the damage from the return amount.

6.5. If your Product(s) need to be returned by freight you will be responsible for the cost of this.

6.6. Please note we do not have an exchange policy.

6.7. Please note the returns policy differs for oversized furniture. Please see specific Oversized Furniture terms and conditions in the Additional Terms section below.

7. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

7.1. In addition to clause 5 above, we also offer a 30 day money back guarantee for goods that you receive that are faulty as at the day of delivery. You may cancel your Contract with us for the Product(s) you have received that are faulty on delivery at any time up to the end of 30 days after the date you receive the Product(s).

7.2. If you believe the Product supplied is faulty on the day of delivery, you have the right to reject the goods as outlined within this section. In this event, please notify us immediately by emailing styleshop@molloyhale.co.uk, sending photographs of any alleged defects if possible, to help us assess the situation.

7.3. You will need to return the allegedly faulty item, unused, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.

7.4. Once the item has been received it will be checked, if it is established by MOLLOY HALE Style Shop that the Product was not faulty or damaged at the date of delivery, you will be notified of this determination within 48 hours of receipt. Our decision on this is final. In this event, you will not be entitled to a refund under the 30 day money back guarantee. You will be entitled to request that the item is returned to you and you will be responsible for the cost of postage.

7.5. If MOLLOY HALE Style Shop determines that the Product was faulty on the date of delivery you will be entitled to a full refund within 14 days of date of delivery of the Product(s) to you. After this 14 day period following delivery of the Product(s) to you has expired, you will no longer be entitled to a full refund unless we have first been given the chance to repair and/or replace the Product(s). If, within a reasonable period, we have not repaired or replaced the Product(s), or if after repair and/or replacement the Product is still defective, you have the option to either keep the Product(s) and request a reasonable reduction in the price or to return the Product to us and be entitled to a full refund.

7.6. If you have been unable to notify us or to return the goods within 30 days you have six months from the date of delivery to request the right to the repair or replacement of the goods, or the right to a reduction of the price of the goods within a reasonable time. MOLLOY HALE Style Shop reserves the right to refuse to repair the goods where it is disproportionate and or not possible to do so. Save as precluded by law, we do not accept any liability for faulty goods about which we have not been notified within six months of the date of delivery.

7.7. Please note that any returned items that are received outside of the 30 day return period will not be accepted for a refund and will be returned to the original delivery address. Please note that re-dispatch charges will apply and must be paid in full prior to the parcel being released for return.

7.8. Save as required by law, this 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to perishable products or those products where it is indicated in the product description.

7.9. For Oversized Furniture returns the 30 day guarantee will not apply, please see separate terms and conditions below for the Oversized Furniture returns policy.

8. Cancellation by MOLLOY HALE Style Shop

8.1. We reserve the right to cancel the Contract between MOLLOY HALE Style Shop and the customer if:

8.1.1. We have insufficient stock to deliver the Product(s) that you have ordered.

8.1.2. We do not offer delivery in your area.

8.1.3. One or more of the Product(s) that you ordered was displayed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

8.2. If we have to cancel your Contract, we will notify you by email and will credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your payment method as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for consequential loss or disappointment suffered.

9. Delivery

9.1. Please see our delivery page for latest charges.

9.2. All of our deliveries are subject to stock availability and security checks. Once receipt of payment has been confirmed, our goal is to fulfil all orders by the approximate delivery date, or if no delivery date is stated, within a reasonable time of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation. Delivery will always be made to the address that you have provided when you complete your order. This is except for orders that are paid for via Paypal, in which case it will be delivered to the address which is registered with your PayPal account. Due to PayPal’s security policy we are unable to change the address. If for any reason there is a delay in dispatch you will be notified via email.

9.3. For orders of Oversized Furniture, we may use your telephone contact number provided at checkout for our courier to contact you directly to arrange delivery.

9.4. Whist MOLLOY HALE Style Shop makes every effort to deliver your orders within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or for late deliveries as a result of Carrier actions which are beyond our control save as precluded by law. We will endeavour to deliver within 30 days of the contract being entered into, unless previously stated otherwise. Please email us at styleshop@molloyhale.co.uk if you do not receive your order within a reasonable time. In this event we will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible or you may choose to cancel your order. You would be refunded once the goods have been returned to us in good order or classified as lost by the Carrier Company.

9.5. MOLLOY HALE Style Shop will not be liable for any missing parcels should the delivery address that you have provided is incorrect. If Products are returned to us as undeliverable, either because of an incorrect address or because of customer failure to contact the courier company or collect the goods from the depot where requested, we shall refund the price of the Products less delivery costs incurred by us in sending out the goods plus any additional costs charged to us by the courier company for returning the goods to us. If we have to re-dispatch the order, if it has been returned to us, for reasons outside of our control there may be an additional charge.

9.6. An adult must be present at the delivery address to check the Product(s), then sign to acknowledge their receipt in a safe and satisfactory condition. Do not sign for any packages that are damaged or opened. We cannot accept any liability for goods which are damaged or sent in error unless you notify us pursuant to these terms and conditions. If the Products that are delivered to you are damaged or we have sent you the incorrect Products or quantity, please email us within seven (7) days of delivery at styleshop@molloyhale.co.uk. We require you to notify us within seven (7) days to ensure a prompt response from us. A refund will only be offered for damaged Products in accordance with our 30 day money back guarantee policy, please see clause 7 for further information.

9.7. For Oversized Furniture items and split dispatch orders, damaged or incorrect goods need to be reported within 48 hours of receipt. It will be stated on the Dispatch Confirmation if the item is part of a split dispatch. Original packaging should be kept for damaged or incorrect items.

9.8. For damaged Oversized Furniture items, the customer must notify the courier upon delivery for this to be added to the POD when the customer signs for the delivery. Please see our Liability section for more information.

9.9. It is your responsibility to make sure that the Product(s) you order will fit in your home. You should check carefully the dimensions of the Product and the space where the Product will be placed, allowing that dimensions specified on the Site are approximate. This also includes checking the access route to the intended space, including doorways, maneuvering and turning. MOLLOY HALE Style Shop will not be held responsible for any items that do not fit in the address they are being delivered to. For more terms and conditions relating to delivery of Oversized Furniture items please find these in the Additional Terms section below.

9.10. Once the delivery has been signed for MOLLOY HALE Style Shop will not, in any event, be held responsible for any damage to Products and/or property as a result of deliveries beyond the threshold of your property. This decision is final.

10. UK Delivery Charges

10.1. Please see our delivery page for the latest charges.

10.2. All our deliveries are sent out using a signed for courier service. For security purposes, we do not deliver to P.O. Box numbers.

10.3. Some Products that are dispatched directly from our supplier may incur an additional delivery charge; this will be notified to you at the basket area.

11. International Orders

11.1. Please note we are not currently accepting international orders as standard.

11.2. If you are still interested in placing an international order please contact us via styleshop@molloyhale.co.uk to discuss further.

12. Vouchers and Promotional Discounts

12.1. MOLLOY HALE Style Shop gift cards and vouchers can be used against full price and sale items.

12.2. Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

12.3. If you return a Product that was purchased with a gift card or voucher, a new gift card or voucher will be issued and credited for the refund amount.

12.4. No promotional discount codes may not be used in conjunction with other offers or sale items.

12.5. Occasionally we may offer promotional discounts. For example, £20 off of the first £200 you spend on the Site. If your order consists of a number of products which amount to £200 and you return one product you will get the full price back minus the amount of discount which has been equally allocated to that particular product. Such offers are only applicable on full price purchases, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and do not include sale items. Promotions cannot be applied to delivery charges or retrospectively. Promotional discounts are restricted to one use per customer unless it is stated otherwise.

13. Liability

13.1. If you have received an order that is incorrect, damaged or defective, or you’ve received an incorrect quantity, you must notify us in writing at styleshop@molloyhale.co.uk within seven (7) days. For all Oversized Furniture orders, we require notification in writing at our contact address within 48 hours of delivery. MOLLOY HALE Style Shop cannot accept any liability unless we are notified by you in accordance with these terms and conditions. All original packaging must be kept for damaged items to provide proof of the condition that the Products were received in.

13.2. The customer must notify the courier upon delivery if an Oversized Furniture item is found to be damaged upon inspection. This must then be added to the POD when the customer signs for the delivery. If the delivery is signed for without being thoroughly checked, the customer is then fully liable for the items. If the customer does not mark the delivery as damaged with the courier, MOLLOY HALE Style Shop will not be liable for damaged goods.

13.3. Only if you notify us of a problem in accordance with the terms above, our only obligation will be, at your option:

13.3.1. To put right any shortage or non-delivery

13.3.2. To replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective where it is proportionate and possible to do so; or

13.3.3. To provide a refund to you of the amount paid by you. All rights are reserved as to the manner or form of refund.

13.4. Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense (including loss of profits business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition. Save as precluded by law we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods.

13.5. The customer must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, this includes but is not limited to obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our Site. The importation of certain goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the Products that you purchase.

13.6 Nothing in these Conditions is intended to limit any rights you may have as a consumer neither under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude liability for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

14. Events Beyond Our Control

14.1 MOLLOY HALE Style Shop will have no liability or responsibility to you for any failure or delay in performance of any obligations under the Contract that is caused by any event or circumstance that is beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event). This is inclusive of and not limited to, strikes, lock outs and other industrial action, breakdown of system or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident. Our performance under the Contract is deemed suspended for the entire period that the Force Majeure Event continues.

14.2. No financial compensation will be available for customers for lateness of Products received to us which are manufactured overseas.

15. Electrical Products

MOLLOY HALE Style Shop does not provide extended warranties for electrical items; the customer is to rely on the supplier warranty.

16. Intellectual Property Rights

16.1. You acknowledge and agree that to protect our Intellectual Property rights in our Site, located at www.molloyhalestyleshop.co.uk or any subsequent URL which may replace this, (including but not limited to all of the text, pictures, videos and other content made available on the Site) that all copyright, trademarks and all other Intellectual Property rights which form part of the website shall remain at all times our property.

16.2. All of the material included on this Site is available for your personal use only, excluding commercial use.

16.3. Unless expressly preauthorised and permitted by MOLLOY HALE Style Shop you agree not to display, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, commercially exploit or create any part of our Site, including all Intellectual Property rights.

16.4. If the clause above is in any way, whatsoever, breached we reserve the right to claim damages against you, for your breach of our Intellectual Property rights and demand that you immediately cease using the content taken from our Site.

16.5. In the first instance of a breach being found we will contact you in writing to ask you to immediately cease and desist from using our Intellectual Property rights. You will also receive an invoice for £50 per image used plus legal fees of £75 plus VAT at the applicate rate.

16.6. Should your unauthorised use of our Intellectual Property continue after receiving the written warning and invoice, we reserve the right to seek an injunction against you to prevent further infringement and claim further damages and legal costs on the indemnity basis.

17. Use

17.1. Permission to use the Site is personal to you and is non-transferable. The Site may not be used for commercial purposes, unless written permission has been granted. By using the Site, you agree to adhere to the below rules:

17.1.1. You will not use our Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose;

17.1.2. You will not use our Site to defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the rights of others, including without limitation others privacy rights or rights of publicity;

17.1.3. You will not impersonate any other person or entity, falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity in connection with our Site;

17.1.4. You will not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers or networks that are used to make the Site available;

17.1.5. You will not transmit or otherwise make available in connection with the Site any virus, worm, Trojan horse or other computer code that is harmful or invasive or may or is intended to damage the operation of, or to monitor the use of, any hardware, software of equipment;

17.1.6. You will not remove any copyright, trade mark, or other propriety rights notices from the Site or materials originating from the Site;

17.1.7. You will not frame or mirror any part of the Site without our express prior written consent;

17.1.8. You will not reproduce the presentation of the Site.

18. Third party links

Links to other websites may be provided to provide easier use or suggestions. You acknowledge and agree that MOLLOY HALE Style Shop is not responsible for and do not endorse such external websites or resources. Your use of the third party websites is at your own risk.

19. Privacy and Security

19.1. When you shop at www.molloyhalestyleshop.co.uk we will request and collect some personal information from you. For example: your name, address, email address, telephone number, credit card details and passwords.

19.2. Your personal information will be treated as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below). It will be kept on a secure server and all applicable UK data protection and consumer legislation that are from time to time in place will be fully complied with.

19.3. Your personal information will be used for several purposes, this includes the following:

19.3.1. Processing your orders;

19.3.2. To serve website content and advertisements to you;

19.3.3. For statistical or survey purposes with the aim of improving our services to you;

19.3.4. To inform you of any new products;

19.3.5. To administer the website.

19.4. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are agreeing that you have no objections to us contacting you for any of the purposes listed above and that you do not consider it to breach any of your rights under the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations. You can ask for your details to be removed, or delete your account at any time.

19.5. You can easily unsubscribe from our mailing list by clicking the unsubscribe link at which will be found at the bottom of all of our marketing emails. This will opt you out of all email communications. If you would like any further information please do not hesitate to contact us at styleshop@molloyhale.co.uk.

19.6. Please be aware that your communication with our service is secure using 256 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology where supported by your web browser. This means that your personal details including payment details, are encrypted when transmitting to us. This aids us in ensuring that you are able to purchase Products from our Site with complete confidence.

19.7. To make certain the privacy of your payment details, when you ‘proceed to checkout’, secure pages are indicated by the address on the Address/Location bar changing from http:// to https:// and a padlock in the bottom right hand status bar of your web browser. It is your responsibility to check that these features appear to ensure a secure page.

19.8. MOLLOY HALE Style Shop do not keep any credit card details on file ourselves. If you choose to save your payment details, we use a trusted third party who stores them on our behalf. MOLLOY HALE Style Shop is not able to access the full card details.

20. Cookies

21. Invalidity

If any event part of these Conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these Conditions will remain unaffected.

22. Entire Agreement

22.1. These terms and conditions, together with our current website process, additional terms and conditions for specific products, delivery details, contact details, privacy policy, represent the whole of our agreement relating to the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether this have been oral or in writing.

22.2. Nothing that is said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any Product offered for sale by us.

22.3. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.

23. Feedback/Complaints

23.1. We welcome any feedback, recommendations or comments about our services and website. Please feel free to contact us via email at styleshop@molloyhale.co.uk.

23.2. We take complaints very seriously and aim to deal with them in a timely, fair and effective manner. To make a complaint please email us at styleshop@molloyhale.co.uk or write to us at the postal address shown on our Contact Us page. We try to respond to any email enquiries within two working days.

24. Additional Terms and Conditions for Specific Products

The Products below have specific terms and conditions in addition to the Conditions above:

Oversized furniture

Bed linen

24.1 Oversized furniture

24.1.1. Cancellations

The cancellation of Oversized Furniture order excludes the costs of delivery and collection/return.

24.1.2. Your Right to Cancel

24.1.2.1 Your right to cancel an order for Oversized Furniture starts from when you place your order and ends 14 days from the day after you receive your order.

24.1.2.2 If your order consists of multiple Products, the 14 day period begins when you get the last item from your order.

24.1.2.3 The 14 day period explained above is the time in which you have to decide whether to cancel your Contract.

24.1.3 Delivery

24.1.3.1 If an Oversized furniture items requires a two person delivery service, payment will be taken at the time the order is placed. You will be notified of its arrival date prior to check-out and again in your order confirmation. Two person delivery Products will only be delivered up to a maximum of three flights of stairs unless there is access to a lift which can be used to transport the Product.

24.1.3.2 Due to the current climate, any delivery addresses that are in Tier 4 will have doorstep delivery only.

24.1.3.3 If our courier is unable to deliver an Oversized Furniture item for any reason, an Oversized Furniture failed delivery charge of £50 will be charged to the customer.

24.1.3.4. For orders of Oversized Furniture, we may use your telephone contact number provided at checkout for our courier to contact you directly to arrange delivery.

24.1.4. Returns

24.1.4.1 The customer must notify the courier upon delivery if an Oversized Furniture item is found to be damaged upon inspection. This must then be added to the POD when the customer signs for the delivery. If the delivery is signed for without being thoroughly checked, the customer is then fully liable for the items. If the customer does not mark the delivery as damaged with the courier, MOLLOY HALE Style Shop will not be liable for damaged goods.

24.1.4.2 You have 14 days from the day after you receive your Oversized Furniture to return it.

24.1.4.3 Charges will apply on all Oversized Furniture returns, and delivery costs will not be refunded.

24.1.4.4 All Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. If the Product is not been returned in a fully saleable condition, we reserve the right to refund on the item or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

24.1.4.5 If you have an order containing mixed items, e.g. Oversized Furniture delivered from our courier and standard items from MOLLOY HALE Style Shop’s postage service, the 14 day return period will start from the day your final Product arrives with you.

24.1.4.6 For Oversized Furniture returns the 30 day guarantee will not apply.

24.2 Bed Linen

24.2.1 For reasons of hygiene, once packaging for bed linen has been opened, we are unable to refund the Product unless it is faulty. If you believe the bed linen is faulty please email us at styleshop@molloyhale.co.uk to arrange an inspection of the Product. Our decision on this will be final.
